Not was was shown online The room was not what is shown on the pictures online. The room is a extremely small one space room with no separation on the living area/kitchen area. The sleeper sofa was crammed in the room so if you had children you would be laying right across from each other with not privacy.

Hard working James!!!!! Front desk James was the best! Very professional, kind, attentive, knows his hotel like the back of his hand, and very patient. He has all of the qualities of management. My stay there was not planned. I phoned hotels.com when I got off the highway because I needed to stay in that area. I prefer a suite. That Extended Stay had almost everything I asked to be near. Hotel Lenox in Atlanta- close to shopping My first stay at the lenox was enjoyable even though "check-in" time is 4pm. Other than that, the hotel is close to grocery stores, beauty salon, gas station, restaurants,etc.. I liked the full-size kitchen, swimming pool, fitness room. Staff was okay. I would stay there again.

What I found exciting about the hotel was the closeness to the MARTA train station which was helpful to someone like me who came for shopping and had no plans of renting a car. However the hotel facilities such as the coffee area, mini business (or print area as called) and the overall neatness of the hotel was rather poor.

Staff was excellent, nice pool, room a little smoky. The hotel was a little difficult to find, but turned out to be in a quiet residential neighborhood that felt very safe. The desk clerk went out of her way to help me find a restaurant for dinner. The pool was a nice surprise, very clean and exactly the right temperature.
