No hair dryer, some people hanging around in the hall way

The overall experience was good my only stress was the mattress, need to be replace, is like to sleep in a hammock

Not impressed with hotel amenities. It is centrally located right a lot of Atlanta attractions. Hotel room was clean but cheap beds.

I did not like that sometime people smoked outside my room window

Didn't like that it had a kitchen but you had to rent the stuff to use to cook and the utensils. Also had to pay for extra towels and rags.

Oh no! I'm so sorry you were not aware of our additional service packages. We include the basics in the rate and then allow guests to customize so they pay only for what they want to use (like cookware, a coffeemaker, etc.). I hope you were able to enjoy a simple but pleasant stay with us.
