Vanessa was amazing Vanessa was amazingly patient checking people in and re-keying my keys after some issues with them staying active, and she was so kind. The hotel itself seems a little old and needing some love, but my room was great, lots of space and came with a kitchen. If I was staying longer I would have utilized the kitchen more. I will definitely be back for my quick stays in Atlanta.

Front desk staff was disorganized. They didn't know which rooms were clean and which were dirty. Had to wait at least 30mins to get checked in. Each time I left my room I had to return to front desk to get it reactivated because I was not checked in properly in the system. Don't expect much when it comes to the complimentary breakfast.
