there was no organized. staff did not know what is going on the renewal guest room condition. if renew the room, they should renew everything. in my room, h/ac unit is very old, it did not look right.
Great for the price Peaceful
Someone had been sick in the parking lot. We went to front desk to mention the problem but even2 days later it had not been cleaned up.

Good intentions, what a mess I travelled there by Marta with lots of big luggage for a trade show. I called to ask if there was a shuttle from the rail station nearby. The clerk said there wasn't so I asked if there would be taxis. He said he didn't think so then offered to personally pick me up in his own car when he got off his shift. He was trying to go above and beyond, but I declined because I just wasn't sure about it safety-wise. There were taxis at the station so all worked out. Close to MARTA for easy access to downtown. We arrived late at night, as we stated on our reservation, but there was no one at the front desk to check us in. Security was occupied helping another resident, but they were free 15 minutes later to help us. This was not part of his job description, but the desk clerk could still not be found so we were very thankful he was able to figure out where our room keys are.
