I traveled from Seattle and was so impressed with Crystal’s hospitality. She was incredibly accommodating and genuinely friendly, even walking me to the room and allowing me to check in a couple of hours early. Her warm welcome set the tone for our stay. The room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and everything felt just right for a family. Crystal truly went above and beyond, and because of her, I would highly recommend this place—especially for those traveling with children.

I'm new in the area and likely going to stay for a while. This location is cheapest among the other extended stays. There are no breakfast/coffee/snacks, but that didn't matter to me. You also will have to pay for dishes and pots if you intended to use the stove top or you can buy your own, which was no concern for me either. I've been at this location for a few months now and I will be honest and say it is ideal only if you want to save on cost. The room was bare bones. They didn’t even provide soap or shampoo! The “fully stocked” kitchen that the hotel chain brags about on their website was also bare. We stayed a total of 17 days. During that time our room was never cleaned. We asked to borrow cleaning supplies so we could do it ourselves. The front desk denied this request. At one point we returned to our room to find the TV on. We did not watch the TV ever. We reported to the front desk that someone had entered our room. The front desk attendant crystal was very helpful upon me entering . I checked in and got my room in a timely fashion and had absolutely no problems I appreciate her for that. Rooms are very clean and peaceful and I will definitely be returning soon especially because it’s located in a great area!

You made the BEST CHOICE IN EXTENDED STAY HOTELS if you come here, because the staff make this place your wanna be home away from home everyday! I can't thank her enough for her help, Miss Crystal makes new and existing customers her priority every moment, she's like the concierge you want to meet everywhere you go.
