Rude Employees The hotel itself is nice but the service is horrible. The ladies at the first desk were very rude when I was trying to check in. Although I had reservations already.

Worst Value Rooms were nice...bed was small...hotel staff was the rudest I've ever encountered...just rude for no reason...attitude suck!Need to fire the whole staff and do a thorough evaluation on the new hires! Charge extra for the wifi...not good.Would not return to this hotel!

The first room we got to the air conditioning didn't work. It was super hot so after trying to tuff it out for an hour we called the front desk to be moved. The second room we were given didn't have a curtain or miniblinds. It was on the ground floor and right next to the parking lot. Everyone who walked by or drove up could see into the room. We were moved again. The third room was ok. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable though. I will say that the front desk lady was apologetic and nice. Would not stay again though.
