Convenient Nice but there were no utensils or plates in the unit.

The stay was nice, appliances need to be updated. General Manager and staff were very helpful and customer service oriented. Hotel room, bathroom and linens were clean and looked recently renovated, pool water was clear and clean. However the actual pool size was really small and the poolside swim deck was not well manicured. This was great deal for the price package. Would definitely recommend to others.

Room condition The room was clean and smoke free as requested. However the outside of refrigerator was not very clean. The lounger chair was heavily soiled and I would not sit in it. Bed very comfortable. Only other bad thing was the giant water bug that crawled up the wall. I would recommend to a friend and would stay there again. Best value and good location for the money.

Nice hotel for price The staff was very nice. The room had pleasant updates. Convenient location. This location suited my needs for my business trip. Would stay again. Good deal for the price.

Medical trip We were in Birmingham for doctor appt for my 14month old. She is medically complex. Very inconvenient not having an elevator. Had to carry everything up to the 2nd floor along with my daughter in her wheelchair. You should also offer a better breakfast.

Skip it Bad smelling hallways, rooms just adequate, beds too soft, AC unit barely worked and key cards got locked out with barely one on staff/duty after 11pm.
