This place is very clean and close to the I95 and beach. Pet friendly. Does not offer breakfast but have places very close. Can also buy groceries to cook. They accommodates that also.

Shower was dirty full of small hairs, appeared to be dog hairs, NOT good!!! Overall is a new hotel and most everything is clean and new...

I liked the laminate/wood floors, but no iron or ironing board

I'm sorry we could not accommodate your wish for an in-room iron and ironing board during your stay. Keeping things simple is one way we are able to offer affordable rates. We usually have these items available for check-out at the Front Desk. Thanks for the great feedback.
This hotel is excellent but i would have appreciate that the towel been changed daily, what is not done automatically. You have to go to the front desk to change the towels by yourself.

Good value long term stay Excellent at the price point, however, the niggles are (a) only one luggage trolley (b) the cleaners always leave a mess in the corridors and elevator (c) there was a clicking noise in 232 as there is an electrical room in the next room below. This room should not be occupied. Staff look puzzled when I complained, but there is a clicking noise all day making it difficult to sleep without earplugs. Economical hotel (but terrible wifi) This is a economical way to stay for longer visits. We chose it because of proximity to our family who we were visiting but it isn't really close to any major attractions but by car it isn't far either. They don't clean your room at all but that was part of the deal. The WiFi though was terrible. It was so bad it essentially didn't exist. I tried to see if it was better close to the lobby and it wasn't. Consider this hotel as having no wife.
