Lovely extended stay hotel I only used the hotel for one night, but was pleased by the space , cleanliness and functionality . Will definitely return.

Enjoyed Stay!! Beautiful Hotel in the best place for I-95 access, Dining, and Shopping. Perfect location really enjoyed the newest of the hotel and the location.

Brand new built hotel. Check in and check out were a breeze. Rooms and buildings were brand new. Queen bed only came with two small pillows and there was only a bar of soap in shower (no shampoo or conditioner). Overall Niven hotel for what it is. Travelers beware, Waze, uber, and Lyft drivers had some issues finding the place due to its newness.

Great new facility but should add coffee makers! While front desk employee was professional and polite, it took 30 minutes to check in. There are no amenities in rooms except 1 bar of soap and 2 plastic cups. No coffee was available in room or lobby all weekend even though there was coffee maker (in the lobby). On the brighter side...the rooms are immaculate and the bed is quite comfortable. The price was great - we would definitely stay again.

Super pleased Super clean. Full sized refrigerator, a sink, & a cook top right in the room. Everyone I spoke to whether it was over the phone or in person was very pleasant & easy to understand. I give the staff 150% out of 100%. If staying here, you'll want to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, etc. Also if you want to cook in the room, you will need to bring your own pots & pans, dishes, as well as eating & cooking utensils. I would stay here again....I wouldn't even look for another hotel in this area.

Beautiful Rooms, Excellent Location I could not be happier with the newness and price of this hotel. Very shocked when walked into the room and saw such a beautiful set up. Did not expect to but end up buying a cheap 7 piece pot and pan set to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner for me and my two grandkids. Nice size Refrigerator and microwave with a 2 eye stove top burners and sink. Absolutely lovely, will be spending a lot of time travelling back here.
