Excellent, safe hotel The room was clean and very comfortable -- everything in good working order. All the cooking equipment I requested was provided, which saved so much money in being able to fix my own meals as opposed to eating out. The staff was friendly, and even the maid was helpful. The location felt very safe, and was very quiet, even though it faces the freeway. A very pleasant experience.

OK, I'll stay again. When I checked in they were going to clean my room on Friday instead of Sunday since I was leaving Monday. Sounded good but didn't happen. When I arrived the room was clean except for the kitchen floor and I asked that they clean that and that never happened. Seems to be a communications problem there otherwise it was fine. They have added coffee downstairs and that was a nice change since my last stay. The best part of this hotel is the location for me so I'll stay again.

Hotel was in a really nice neighborhood. The lady at the front desk was rude, the room smelled like smoke, and the floors were very sticky. It was a last minute reservation on my part so I won't ever book here again.

Hotel avec cuisine trés correcte Arrivé tardive, réception H24 c'est vrai , on nous donne une chambre Non fumeurs qui en faite est un cendrier géant! horrible, le soir même réclamations ; Le matin réveille en fanfare car quelqu'un a déclenché l'alarme incendie (très violent comme alarme impossible de ne pas l'entendre) le lendemain après avoir réexpliqué le souci on nous change de chambre. Nouvelle chambre ne sent rien si ce n'est bon ^^ cool, juste un problème électrique qui sera réparer plus tard le lendemain (pas rapide) ... read more

What I needef Dirty rooms hard mattresses. Never cleaned it made up room in 3 day stay

Clean and comfortable Traveling with my teenage daughter. We were only there about 10 hours. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast is only muffins and coffee, so I wouldn't say that it includes breakfast. I also found it odd that there were no hairdryers in the room as most hotels have them these days. I asked and the front desk was out of their loaner hairdryers.
