This is not a hotel - it’s a furnished apartment. They provide a small kitchen but absolutely nothing in the cupboards or drawers. Ironically, their poster shows three out of four guests enjoying a cup of coffee while they relax, but the rooms don’t have a coffee maker, or even a pot to boil water in. The front desk staff aren’t much help. No extra towels, toilet paper or room cleaning. They do have a coin-op laundry, but no soap is available even for purchase. Never left a review, but this experience was so incredibly heinous that I feel a need to share some details to save others from wasting their money on this hotel. The service was below par, forgetting one of our keys and waiting a long time and then not able to find someone at the front desk. We walked up to our room and the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke and a wet dog smell with dogs, barking as we passed the rooms. The carpet was damp with huge dark circles of dirt. I checked into this extended stay yesterday at 3 PM while visiting from out of state for a family event. Unfortunately, the experience started off poorly. When I got to my room, there were no towels, soap, or shampoo provided. I called the front desk and was told the towels were being washed and wouldn’t be ready for about an hour and a half. Objectively terrible. One person on the staff war flat out confrontational, the door didn't lock correctly, the laundromat cost a fortune, cabinets and drawers were bare- no utensils or pots and pans like you would expect, they only change towels and sheets every 2 weeks. It was not at all clean, my pillow fell off the bed and when I picked it up it was so covered in hair there was no way I would use it again. Killed an earwig in the bathroom yesterday. When we checked in, the front desk employee actually told us we shouldn’t even be staying there due to safety concerns—which was very unsettling. None of the rates matched what I was originally quoted, and the room was nothing like what was advertised. The website claimed it had basic amenities like pots and pans, but there was nothing.
