Staying at Woodsprings Suites Very good overall. Room was clean. The Kitchette with ability to prepare your own meals and snacks was outstanding, Spacious refrigerator. Good WIFI. Excellent full bathroom. There was some traffic noise from the nearby highway that was only an issue when there was no competing background sound in the room.
Wished I’d stayed somewhere else. No TV remote. Front desk shut down after I checked in around 10 PM. Called their 500 number 3 times and held on for a while, and nobody would ever answer. Never did get a remote. This non-smoking room stunk like a smoked in room. Outside of building looks real nice, but I nside not as nice. Beds and bathroom were clean. One light switch for all lights...no bedside lamp.
Close to Airport Clean but very Spartan. No in room coffee maker Vending coffee out
Price was ok. Hotel had odd food smell to it. Only stayed for one night so it was ok.
Check in went swiftly, the room was comfortable and clean. The young girl cleaning the rooms, told me she loves her job. Everyone that I ran into was friendly, courteous and helpful.
KY Stay Needed to stay in this area, had family close by. Arrived 3hrs. early, had to wait until proper check in time 3pm, (ok). Room had not been dusted, including floor. Febreezed & cleaned the room. There was an odor in the room which turned out to be a very filthy air conditioner. Maintenance came up immediately & took care the problem. I would stay here again, however, I suggest that all air conditioning units are checked. Also, that management regularly check cleaned rooms behind staff.
be prepared the only problem we found was that there were kitchen items in the kitchen, We needed to purchase eating utensils, cookware, and a few other items in order to use the kitchen during our stay.
Inside nice outside ok Inside was updated nicely..outside could had used a good pressure wash cleaning
