I needed a handicap room because i am in a wheelchair. I got the room but the floor was dirty and there was no way I could take a shower because there was no shower seat. My mother stayed because i was in the hospital for a week. Rhea, a supervisor, had the room cleaned for us. She also gave us a hospital rate because I was going to have to stay in the hospital for a week. Rhea was very helpful and caring for our needs.

No! It was scary. Behind the counter sitting best to the clerk was a bullet proof vest. The elevator took forever and it was noisy.
