The website looked much better than it is. Beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. Internet was slow and it allowed only one device. Pay extra for more. Location is convenient but it is not a welcoming area. Not sure if I would stay there again.

Other than the key cards always resetting themselves this is a wonderful hotel

Nice Place Relatively Close to the Airport A decent place right next to the highway and close to the airport. It is an extended stay hotel, so don't expect a lot of the usual amenities. For us, this was fine and what we expected. The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and fun to chat with. Spartan But Clean and Comfortable We ended at WoodSpring after the Hyatt gave away our 3 night reservation during the "bomb cyclone." It looks better from the outside than in the entry or hallways, but we had a surprisingly good experience - especially considering we had planned to stay at the Hyatt. There are no fabric surfaces, except for bedding and towels, and no bedside lamps. In terms of cleanliness, I liked the linoleum floors and plastic chairs. Full fridge, microwave, 2-burner cooktop, all super clean. Bring your own utensils and plates or you can buy a set. Same for cookware-bring your own or buy a set. Clean sheets, floor, and surfaces, older hallways but bright rooms. Quiet, well-lit at night, and great business travelers on the cheap. Christina and Kiki at check in were top notch! Friendly, courteous, and made you feel welcome immediately!!
