We stayed a week and everything was really good. My only complaints are that the hallways were too cold and the bed was extremely uncomfortable especially because it was a full size (not queen) for two people (one being pregnant).
Convenient location Honestly, I'd stay here again. No hesitation about it. It's a nice clean looking building, there's a large car park, secure entry with RFID-type key cards, there's pretty much always somebody at reception to say 'Hi' when you enter. Close to work and kitchen facilities helpful accommodating and friendly staff A little confusion about towel exchange--1 staff member out of 3 dealt with wanted to charge an extra $10 foe exchanging.
Not the best Too many amenities taken away. Cards tot entrance was deactivated in error and had to wait about 45 minutes for the call 500 personnel attempted repeatedly to contact the night office manager but he was sleep. Finally his supervisor was contacted. I was not happy with the the caliber of people that stay there and hang around the front and sides of the building. Finally there were little roaches running around. I did not report this because I was leaving anyway
Love this place..clean...comfortable..good staff perfect for extended stay
