Good for long stay Good for weeklong stay. Came in for preop visit then surgery. Stayed 1 night postop then flew out the next morning. More like home, no daily cleanings. Had extra pillows which helped postop

The drains needed service. Room wasn’t ready until 5 pm. I called, pushed our check in to later. Room was dirty. Burn holes in the bedspread. Pet stains on carpet. Needs a face lift and some elbow grease. Asked for a noon check out. I was told that I would be charged after 11:20. Weird. I didn’t get any discount for my check in being 2 hours late and dirty rooms, but you charge me for an hour later check out. There wasn’t a maid services to be seen when we checked out, on time, at 11:00.......it’s whatever.

After entering my room and deadbolting the door, i preceeded to change my close when the girl who checked me in unlocked my door with a key! She claimed she was checking on the room. She quickly got nervous and made me suspicious of her. Why would no one be in there if the deadbolt was locked? She knew i was going to a concert so i took my luggage with me that night. Inconvenient. And i asked for non smoking and the room reeked of cigarettes. The shower wouldnt drain and the bed lights didnt work

Friendly staff, room was clean, laundry services and room could use some improvement all the card readers were offline and no change was available but i would stay here again
