First let me start off saying I have never wrote a review in my life, So that tells you how bad this place is. It really should be condemned for awhile. The hallways and sidewalks are filthy, need to be power washed. They gave me a room that looked like someone tried to break in. While the door was closed and lock, you literally could stick your hand thought the top of the door. Outstanding Service! Bernadette at the front desk went above and beyond for me on multiple occasions during my stay. She was friendly, helpful, and made sure every detail was taken care of. I called and reserved a room while travelling through the area, paid in full; when I arrived, I was told that they were overbooked. The guy at the front desk had the audacity to tell me to "call the manager in the morning..." meanwhile my family is sitting in the car at 11 PM with nowhere to go. I was livid to say the least. Moreover, the guy wouldn't issue a refund... claimed he couldn't - I believe he was lying. I called the next day, the manager was not there. Upon checking in very late in the evening we were greeted by Bernadette and she was extremely helpful polite and respectful very kind great customer service! She is an asset to your team! Unfortunately our first room had many issues and we had to switch rooms, how ever Bernadette apologized several times for the room not being clean she is very professional, considerate, patient and understanding. The location is great there's comedy club that's close within walking distance a very nice restaurant seems to be a pretty safe ... read more
