I thought the staff was very very friendly and helpful and understanding. They helped answer every question i had and were very good at helping in every way i needed. The room itself wasnt the fanciest room, but it was decently priced so i couldnt complain to much. However, i booked a specific room online and the room i stayed in either was falsely described on the expedia website or i was just given the wrong room and not even informed or warned.
