Poor quality Hotel needs serious make over. The carpet was super dirty and needs replacing. All the rooms smell like cigarette smoke. The top bed sheets didn't look to clean. The lighting sucks. The bathroom counter had stains on them. All of the furniture was old and chipped. The key cards barely worked. To much money for bad quality hotel.

Family Time I really enjoyed my stay at Extended Stay of America on Owen Drive the staff was amazing and they had very excellent customer service the whole time I was there.
I have really enjoyed my stay here at Extended Stay of America the staff was amazing and I am going to tell everyone I know that is planning on coming to Fayetteville to come and stay here.

Decent stay There were a few quirks that were annoying, like when i first arrived my door key wouldnt work or the slight off smell to the room. Although the staff were very patient and friendly
