8 nights of roaches Too many roaches running around at night and had to change rooms twice but still had roaches in all of the rooms. Caused sleepless nights. If they can fix the roaches problem this hotel would be a nice place to stay at. Ended up paying twice for Wifi with no refund. Was told I would get a discount but of course that didn't happen.

Time of year and weather play a big role in controlling pests, just like in homes, so sometimes it takes longer than any of us want to see results. We're sorry your stay was disappointing.

The place was actually nice, but the only thing is that it had a smell of dogs

Ciera at the desk was especially nice, helpful and attentive. The whole staff was welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

Business Staff was great. Room very basic, good A/C, no carpet, need better mattress. Residents are a mixed bag, lots of contractors who like to party after the long day.

This was a pleasant surprise for the price paid. It's a no frills hotel but is a clean and comfortable place to sleep after being on the go. You can ask for items not included in the room if you need it so that was good. Secure location with many nearby shopping and food options. Friendly staff also. I'd stay here again.
