A Beautiful Week To Remember! Flying in from Iowa we planned a wedding on Ft. Myers Beach, FL for Monday 12/11. Rental Car in Punta Gorda, one week stay at WoodSpring Suites, Ft. Myers Northeast, applying for marriage license, sightseeing, the beach, and the wedding were all spectacular. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and the gentleman that checked us out was very talkative.

Need more Training I think house keeping should strip the bed down completely before front desk rent out room (mattress pad & bed skirt was dirty) why do they put clean sheets on top of dirty bed linen!

The check on girl is absolutely not friendly I've stayed multiple times and my experience with the check in girl has always been unpleasant and horrible. She is very arrogant and never friendly. She's obvisously one of their vet big e.,s but she needs to learn / try to be friendly and more personable with the guest. My company employees and friends all use this location as well as the other one in Fort Myers and we will feel the same about her.
