Desk gave us a studio as non smoking double not av Studio had NO bedding for pull out sofa. Had to get bedding and pillow from desk and make it ourselves.

Fair for the price bring your own mattress! It was fair for the price....... Bed is very uncomfortable! Good place to stay for business if it's for pleasure avoid at all cost!
