Lady doing check in wasn’t very friendly. Room floors were sticky, a/c wasn’t very cool

When My Husband & I Checked In The Gentleman Was Very Nice. Later I Had Asked About Ice Machine & Was Told Y'all Didn't Have 1. I've never been in a hotel where thery didn't have Ice

Since we have a kitchen in all the rooms, most of our guests prefer to bring their own items as we are more of an extended stay. We are so sorry for any inconvenience that this caused, but hope that the next time you are in need of a simple and clean stay, you think of us!
great stay It rained most of the time I was there but I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was pretty clean and somewhat quiet. The staff was very helpful. Check in/out was very smooth. One day a wasp got into my room and I called the front desk and the front desk lady came with a broom and killed it for me. 5 stars for her bravery!!! My few complaints are there were several times the fire alarms went off and it was a bit unnerving. There were no plates/utensils/pots pans to cook with or eat on so I had to buy my own.

Todos los empleados son muy amables excepto 1 es mi opinión,,,,,referente a la estadía en lo personal no vuelvo a cojer un primer piso los que estaban en el 2 piso fueron muy desconciderados y no podíamos descansar bien,,,,,pero de lo demas muy buen servicio,limpio y comodo para la familia es mi 2 ves ahi y me gusta todo
