Convenient Room was clean, staff was peasant. Kitchen faucet dripped all night, but otherwise it was a good experience. Only real inconvenience was that there was no ice machine - there are ice trays in the frig freezer, meaning either you use tap water, or buy water to fill them.
Nice stay on business. This hotel provide all of the needed accommodations for my business travel with great access to surrounding areas.
Not the best ... Not the worst We like Extended Stay Hotels generally, but this one was dirtier than the others in which we've stayed. The night desk clerk was awesome. A big help. But it seems staff is kept to a minimum, and those on duty juggle multiple responsibilities. Our main complaint was the room wasn't as clean as we like. Nothing horrible. Just generally not cleaned the "best" it could be. Corners cut. Didn't give the "feel" of being a spotlessly cleaned room.
Very Good Value, Very Good Location Extended Stay America was very well equipped for someone who is gluten intolerant to make their own meals in their room. Moreover we were able to go right up I 55 N and go to Whole Foods to what we needed for our meals. We were also literally 5 minutes from my fiance's mother's home who we had gone to visit.
Not Up to Extended Stay Standards Good location and great front desk staff. No fitness room. My room looked like it was not fully cleaned, crumbs all over the place and an old plastic bag in the middle of the Living Room floor. No coffee with the machine, I had to go to the front desk and get more. One roll of TP with no backup, again had to get some from front office.
