Adequate and good value for the money Staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The hotel needs some TLC and updating, but the room was basically clean, good TV, bedding was in good condition. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting the State Capitol, Governor's Mansion, etc, and it was easy to get to. It was great having the kitchenette so we didn't have to eat out all meals. I would only recommend this hotel to people I know who are not ultra fussy.
Housekeeping Check out is at 11:00 and around 9:30 housekeeping barged in my room and said 'oh, I thought you were gone' then closed the door and left. There was no knock or anything, not even an apology!
Good price! Great price for the extras. Other hotels cost more but don't have a kitchen & refrigerator. Handicapped rooms R better because of the extra space.
