Great customer service will McLean and nice
No ice machine. Bed was not much better than a blow up mattress. No toiletries, shampoo, soap, limited towels. Low water pressure. Not bad for a chiefs game but when the stadium moves this place will be out of business.

No working refrigerator, the refrigerator never worked ,even when it was turned up high, it needed servicing. Also there was no pots or pans or dishes I could use, they ran out of them.

Although this is “close” to the stadiums and the staff is great, the neighborhood isn’t in the safest areas and my room reeked of smoke at times.
