Very clean. More studio style suites that may not be cozy for families, but good for a short stay. Maybe a bit too much air conditioning -my room was set at 62 when I first walked. Nice view of sports complex. Good stay.

Right across the street from the Royals Stadium made for an easy in/out to the game.

Baseball games It was awesome since the Kauffman stadium was across the street I loved it

Great pricing It was okay customer service was very nice but there was cockroaches other than that it was a nice stay .

Only small concerns Check in process was easy. Was informed that I would have to pay $100 deposit. Not sure why. Clerk was nice enough to waive the deposit. Stayed the first night got up and cooked breakfast the next morning and after I finished cooking a roach came from underneath the sink. There is a fee for kitchen supplies. Why provide the amenities if your going to charge for the things you need to use them. If the pest problem is taking care of it would be a cool place to stay if your on a budget.
