The rooms were clean. All but one staff member was rude and could care less aboit us. The room above us would have people literally running around their room after midnight and we didn't call because we knew the front desk wouldn't do anything. Most of the employees like to put up a sign that says no more rooms when there really is. They don't care if they have you in a room that you didn't request. The manager that we talked to couldn't figure out why we weren't in our correct room when the computer has us in there.
