I read many bad reviews but I was pleased. My room was clean and comfortable. One of the best deals around. You could smell cirgarette smoke in some areas of the building but it's hard to stop that. Great deal for the money.

There needs to be more staff at the hotel to cater to customer requests over the phone rather than having the customer pick up supplies from the front desk.

Parking is a challenge for motorcycles. Went during the Thunder Mountain motorcycle event. Maybe look at blocking some slots off for motorcycles during that event.
