It was very easy to get my check In early . And the young lady at the customer service counter was great along with the coffee and snacks

I Liked the fact that the people there were friendly. One thing that was kinda odd to me was they said it came with an intercontinental breakfast, when it’s not , it’s just a granola bar/muffin & coffee ... and when you first walk into a room, it smells 😩

Good deal. Got the room late for a low price. Just needed a clean bed to crash on. Got exactly that. Very easy check in/out. Perfect for those travelers not looking for much, just clean and easy.

The gentleman who checked me in at 2:30 in the morning was extremely nice and helpful. Usually the "graveyard" shift employee isn't as on it as he was. My only complaint of the stay is that the hotel turns off the heat in the rooms when they are not occupied. It was 9 degrees outside and took hours for the room to warm up to the mid 60's. I had to sleep fully dressed to stay warm.

It was clean kinda, but there was a terrible odor and you had to pay for any additional assistance with the room.
