Non-smoking room Overall the room was very nice. However, even the room was designated as a non-smoking room it was obvious that smoking had been done in the room. The smell was easliy detected.

Overnight I was only looking for inexpensive lodging while visiting a friend in teh area. It was fine for that purpose.

Extended Stay America - Waukesha Waukesha County is just west of Milwaukee. Direct access to I 94 and a quick few minutes to downtown. Facility was clean, Personnel was very pleasant and helpful. Sound did not carry in the building, so we were not awaken by some other rooms shower or toilet, running water or television. There are many eating places on the main street in front of the facility and all sort of variety. Shopping is just to the south. Chevrolet Beds The beds in this place were made by Chevrolet because they were "like a rock"! Facilities were average but need more attention to maintenance and upkeep. Location was outstanding for what we needed to do in Waukesha.

Helpful staff Excellent welcome by staff. Very helpful and seemed sincerely interested in making our stay positive. Nice location. Room didn't provide information about Internet access. Otherwise a good stay and a positive experience.

One night - okay The front clerks were extremely polite and helpful. The bed/sheets were clean and comfortable. There were several food spots on the furniture that needed to be spot cleaned. (I wiped off some cheese stains) The bath tub finish was very worn as well as the sink. For the price it was okay. The refrigerator and stove/ microwave were all very clean.
