Bed was not comfortable. People were obviously smoking even though told you couldn't when checking in. No attendant there on weekend to see what was going on and could not get any extra towels because again no one was working on the office. The room was pretty clean though.

We couldn’t sleep well because of elevator. It was working very loud. AC was working very loudly too.

The staff was incredibly friendly . . . And very apologetic about my room not being ready when I arrived -- check in is at 3:00 and I didn't get my room until almost 5:00. They were just short staffed and overwhelmed.
Was clean, staff was friendly, had pool and free wifi and comfortable beds however, there weren't trash cans large enough to fit trash from left over food in the rooms. Also, they said no vaping inside even though vaping is just water vapor. The outside could have been tended to better but otherwise a great hotel stay

Not their fault, but the WiFi was having issues. Someone was scheduled to come out. It didn’t work under my room number.
