Never Again! This was my second-- and LAST stay here. You can't beat the price; I'll say that! But if you attempt to check in anytime after about 8:00 pm or so, it's a nightmare. You won't find anyone at the front desk, and trying to reach anyone at one the "courtesy phone" is spotty at best. If you arrive really late at night (especially with kids), it's somewhat unnerving because the hotel isn't in the nicest area of town, and there are occasionally sketchy people coming in and out of the lobby. Nice, clean hotel. The staff was friendly & helpful. All of the other guests (a lot are extended stay guests) I encountered were some of the kindest people I have met in a long time. The bed was comfortable & the kitchen area was a bonus.
