LaKeisha was amazing! The hotel overall was pretty noisy and the elevators were set to "service" which meant they took forever to open and close.

The stay was alright I guess. The room had roaches in it but of course couldn’t get our money back. Took the lady forever to get up front. She stood there talking to someone for like 10 minutes. I feel as if you guys could clean the rooms better and hire people that actually care about their job. Not someone who would tell us she had covid and was forced to work and had to wear a hazmat suit.
