couldn't find our regesteration for 10 minutes! We were very tired and. Needed our room. my husband was waiting in the Car with asthma problems. not happy with check-in

Alright overall My experience was good overall but the hotel is VERY stingy! No dishes, pots and pans, nothing. You have to buy those items. No hand towels either, couldn't believe it.
