When I walked into the room, I could tell it had been smoked in. I have never smoked, so it was not a pleasant experience for me.

Everything was good except I didn't receive any room service for the 21 days I was there.

couldn't find our regesteration for 10 minutes! We were very tired and. Needed our room. my husband was waiting in the Car with asthma problems. not happy with check-in
