Alajandro was friendly and helpful.
Overall average. No ice machines. We accidently locked ourselves out around 2am we had to make 3 phone calls and wait for the better part of an hour. When the night clerk finally came, who was apparently sleeping, he was disgruntled and griping. "I have to sleep too, people." I politely apoligized for the inconvenience and he walked away mumbling. I will probably not be staying here again.

Great for what it was While there were some hiccups, the staff and management were quick to resolve issues. The staff are really lovely people and I enjoyed chatting with the various folks staying here. The hotel is dog friendly and they loved my pup!
