Bad counterhelp Pros-The hotel was nice and clean and up to date. The cons for the hotel was the person at the counter. He did not show good customer service skills he was very curt. He only stated a few words during the entire interaction which were “ID”. And then he stated “Visa or MasterCard”. And that all he stated verbally. My expectations are a greeting at minimum.

Blah Didn’t get my room till 4 hours later desk crew was ok just whoever cleans rooms were slow and lazy
