it was overall ok. i was disappointed because i was charged. i was a prepaid customer but i got my money back and a apology and a staff member knocked on my door approximatly 20 minutes before check out- asking am i staying or checking out. that was unprofessional but front desk made up for the mishaps and i greatly appreciate that.
Need to consider getting irons for every room, I waited 3 days to get an iron then someone took it from our room. Then of course their was no irons acabilde when I asked for one. Also we only stayed 1 week, but it would be great to consider doing housekeeping for those guest too
"No Soap for You!" The property is very new, clean, and the staff is very friendly. Just be aware, this is a very "bare-bones" hotel. No special amenities, and the staff goes home at night...no one is available at the front desk until the morning. I was also given ONE bar of soap, that was approximately the size of a matchbook. Try washing a 6'2" 220 lb. frame with that little piece of soap...good luck!

Nice Good stay
The hotel is fairly new which was great but it more of an extended stay hotel. Daily room cleaning is not offered nor replacement of clean towels unles requested. And it could be an extra charge! No irons or ironing boards in rooms. You have to check out the irons at the front desk which they only have 4 for the entire hotel and of course they are not returned daily. The beds were not comfortable either. Also didn't like the fact that you could smell the other hotels guess cooked food throughout the hallways. But the room ra... read more
