The hotel was new and quite comfortable. Service was excellent and any concerns I had was handled with ease by the staff.

It was okay The hotel is brand new and nice on the inside. The problem is our room was a smoke free room and the room was full of smoke but they didn't have any extra rooms to change us. There was also something going on and several cops went in and out. The area is not very nice at all, and most people staying there are from their "extended stay" option. Overall nice people work there and it's a good place to be but they unfortunately are not in a good are and don't host the highest quality of people.

Boa opção, porem com ressalvas sobre a limpeza Ótimo hotel, porém apenas efetua a limpeza do quarto semanalmente e só troca toalhas quando solicitado. Como a recepção só funcionava das 9 às 19 horas, eu não conseguia pedir a troca. Como ponto forte ele recebe caixas do Amazon e não cobra.

Pleasantly surprised!!! Awesome place! I was very pleasantly surprised by this place. I stayed in the Orlando World Mariott the following night and I seriously felt more comfortable at Wood Springs suite. I am a self certified hotel critic and this place was very good.

Looks good, bring your own pillows Staff is incredibly friendly!!!! Everything in the hotel LOOKS good and modern, but that's about it. The bed is uncomfortable, the blankets are paper thin, and the pillows were so bad that I had to go to Walmart and buy my own. I do not believe the hotel offers things like extra towels or pillows during your stay, but the laundry facilities make it easy to keep everything clean.

YOU PAY BUT GET NOTHING!!!! staff especially fausey on the desk was super The ,hotel was nice,but NO SERVICE, NO TRASH PICK UP,NO NOTHING!!! trash piled up, we ran out of toilet paper 2nd day they do not provide more, they only provide 3 clean towels,we stayed 6 nights..went and bought our own towels on the 3rd day.Ridiculous. they don't tell you this when you book it, by the second day when maids had not come, I called the desk to learn there is no services included in your 100+ per day fee. so be prepared. or better yet st... read more
