Practical and inexpensive New hotel, no traditional services such as daily cleaning, fresh towels, etc... (only once a week).

No coffee We booked through expedia and wanted to have a hotel for one night close to the airport. The hotel was clean, new and the staff were nice. We did not realize that it was a long term stay hotel. We wanted a hotel that offered coffee and some type of breakfast. We would not stay in this hotel again.Also is the the safety issue, no 24 hour front desk and alot of rowdy guests in the parking lot.

Good stay Good stay for what we needed. Close to the airport. Make sure you have exact change for the tolls if you need to get to the airport.

Great Affordable Stay My significant other and I had a very pleasing and comfortable stay here for our weekend getaway to Orlando. The room was very clean, well furnished and spacious and had the amenities we needed like the fridge, microwave, and TV that we could hook our game system to. The chic and modern design of the room and bathroom was a nice luxury for the price point, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Check in Desk folks were fantastic, Nicole in particular. However, and though it might be in the fine print, the Check in Desk is closed from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. There were two small pillows for a queen bed, though the bed was comfortable, this was very inadequate for my needs. If you need a hair dryer, ironing board or iron, you have to let them know as soon as possible since these are allocated to the entire hotel and not just a room.

Comfortable and clean. Pleasant staff. Only down side was that although we had two burners and a small kitchen, there were no pots and pans, plates, cups or other utensils, rendering the kitchen useless.

Clean new place to stay! New place was well built and serves a purpose. Close to airport and clean. Not luxurious, but more than gets the job done.
