Exceptional There's nothing bad to say about it. Everything was great just what I expected
Good Delay in refunding the deposit. I went on a 10-day trip, and every day I stayed in a different hotel. Imagine if everyone adopted the same practice of refunding the amount within 7 days. I would have to have a lot of money to travel, in addition to the highest hotel deposit of $150.00. Checked out in two or three hours, did the room inspection, and had to refund the money immediately.

Place was decent, STAFF needs to go!!! I have never in my life experienced anything like this check in process. We arrived about 11:30 p.m. to see if they had any vacancies. I tried to call the local number and after going through the prompts the phone just disconnected. I also tried to call the national number located after doing a google search and the number is wrong.
