There's no oven in the room. The vent in the bathroom didn't work. The blinds in the bedroom are in pork condition but the staff was nice and reported all problems to them. Still not fixed yet

Definately needs better management as a hotel!! Yes, parking lot had lots of trash from people loitering on outside at night, leaving beer cans, cups, trash everywhere. Elevator had dog poop in it. Disgusting!! Rooms need painting. Refrigerators rusty and old. Customer service is not the best. Poor communication. Not enough staff and house keeping set up is awful. You have to pay extra for linen and housekeeping. No one is hardly at the desk. Keycard kept not working, so we got locked out frequently!!
