Cheap and clean. Kind staff. But some small was not good. I bought a flower smell spray in dollar tree which is very near from this hotel.
Happily surprised after reading reviews on this site I actually called the hotel manager freaking out because I was scared it was going to be a slum hotel. I was so happy to be wrong. the hotel has recently taken new management and Tim has done a wonderful job with the place my fiance is stationed nearby and this was a great place for us to stay as a family together. he even bragged to his fellow Airmen that our hotel was better than the dorms that they live in this day was worth way more than I paid for it and if you bring ... read more
Decent hotel, but bad location Hallway smelled really bad, room was a little dirty. Cleanness in the room was a little dirty especially in the bathroom. Wash tub was not clean nor the toilet. No accessories in the room, and very basic and extremely small room. The location of the hotel is bad, hidden and next to a filthy auto mechanical shop. Overall stay was fair, I have stayed in many economical hotels in better locations and conditions.
Cheap Found a couple roaches in the room.... The room was not the cleanest. The people living there were not the cleanest people either. They liked to yell a lot.

After stayed at Value Place hotel in Simpsonville, SC,in March this year, I'd bad experiences there and thought I'd never ever stayed in another one. However, this Value Place hotel in Fort Walton Beach FL, changed my mind for me. Tim Travis, the GM of this facility was very nice and made me feel very comfortable and welcome at this hotel. I'm in Fort Walton Beach, FL, often to visit my aging parents and will be staying at this hotel again on my next visits in October.
