Sauber, nett und kostengünstig 👍 Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Appartement hatte alles was man braucht um Sich selbst zu versorgen und auch die Wäscherei im Haus erspart eine Menge Gepäck. Handtücher und Bettwäsche konnte man sich jeden Tag frisch holen an der Rezeption. Die Nähe zum Highway und die zentrale Lage hat sich perfekt zu unseren vielen Ausflügen eingefügt.
very friendly staff This place was close to the 101, which is great. The room was okay - it was not too clean - lots of dust and the shower had hair in it. For the price, it was about what I expected. The lady who checked me in was awesome, and very friendly. Even though the room was not spotlessly clean, I would stay here again.
No One at the ft desk to check out. We called on the phone, no answer. Several people in lobby waiting for the ft desk person. we waited for them to show up and just left finally.

The rooms are clean and nice very accommodating due to appliances... The elevator was disgusting.. Ive stayed here before and never had issues.. this time the headboard was really loose neighbors were complaining really early of noise.. and roaches in the bathroom never has this been an issue
Clean and nice staff. Bare bones. 2 uncomfortable chairs, no lamp only bright ceiling lights, nothing on walls which makes it noisy, no hand towels. Mattresses need replaced. 1 was so bad had to move to the other side rolled off. This hotel obviously does not gear to travelers. A lot of people live there and that is ok because everyone needs a roof over there head. But market your place as such.
