Staff was wonderful, very polite very helpful but the area not a good area
There was the front desk person, whose name is Sabrina very polite very courteous helpful to five stars for Sabrina

Clean and quiet
Customer service all the employees were great and did beyond their call of duty they were excellent

This was not like an extended stay. They're were no dishes, no ice machine, the tv remote didn't work. The keys didn't work at first, i had to take them back. This was an overnight stay not an extended stay. It was the absolute bare minimum for a hotel.
