Great place The hotel was convenient to restaurants, shopping and the turnpike. The staff (Denise particularly) was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Overnight stay The girl at check in was very friendly,told us of a very good restaurant to go to for dinner. However the hotel was loud ...could hear doors opening and closing...people walking up and down hallway through out the night...dogs barking inside hotel. Disappointed no juice only instant coffee in the morning.

Room change After a long drive, the idea was to relax, but when we booked in they told us they had sold out of the room which we had booked and confirmed was not available. Instead we were given a room with one bed and a small sofa bed. There was no sorry for the inconvenience or anything of that nature. When we did get up to our room there was no linen for the sofa bed. Therefore we had to call the front desk. Nice hotel that needed cleaning better. We were there three nights and the room was never cleaned. The floor was covered in fine dirt so after the first night we started wearing flip flops to keep our feet clean. I’ve never had such a dirty floor at Any hotel. This is supposed to be an extended stay hotel, but no dishes and only two knives and one spoon and only 2 cooking utensils. I don’t know how you could cook anything and then eat it.

Very Busy yet Exceptionally Clean! Very Busy yet very clean! You don't have daily maid service. Dirty towels you must take down to the front desk to exchange for clean ones. This isn't too big of a deal except a lot of the time there is no one at the front desk! He/she is busy cleaning the floors/ dusting or doing laundry! The room is exceptionally clean. Has refrigerator and mini kitchen. Price is good.

Great hotel, great value! Abrahm was awesome! Took excellent care of us at this hotel! Hotel was very clean appliances new. Bed very comfortable. Great for an extended stay!

Better than expected i couldn’t believe the price i got for such a nice hotel (a suite rather). i was really happy with the location which was near a lot of restaurants and shopping areas. only thing is, when i got back to the hotel around 11:30 pm, the hotel staff leaves at 11 and someone was smoking what smelled to be weed and stunk up the entire hallway PLUS my room (i’m assuming it must’ve went through the vent). absolutely hate that smell! not the hotels fault though :)

Excellent for the price We stayed there to be close to the UPMC arena ... very close to everything. Liked the service. I would recommend staying there still looks like new ! Great Mexican restaurant across the road.
