When checking in there was no linen in the room. I checked in late so i had to go downstairs and wait. The desk attendant was nice enough to bring linen to me. Room was clean but a lot of spiders and webs upon entering the room. Not safe..

Overdue FixUp Coming under Stephanie's Direction Up & coming property under new Management. Proximate location to PerimeterPark workplace can't be beat. Near 3 true gems in good eats- BirayniPot, BabymoonCafe, Carmen'sCubanCafe. Stephanie puts in commendable effort to making it right. It only demands a good team to ship shape this site to be a corporate go-to alternative. Budget savvy.

Everything was good except hearing the airplanes and a pair of ladies panties were under the bed.

Good Overall - Bring Extra Pillows Staff was very friendly, and the room was clean. For the price, the room was very decent. The bed was a bit hard and the pillows flat. The room had a nice kitchenette, but the refrigerator was not working.

Close to the airport. Good hotel that is fairly close to the airport. Was in town for a concert at the PNC Arena and just needed a place to stay after the event.

Saved by the staff Hallways and bathrooms weren't the cleanest but the pleasant staff made up for it. It was a good one-night stay. Oh, and good Internet.

finally, a nice hotel I had gotten disillusioned with all hotels, but this one was actually nice. The room was very comfortable and clean. I wish I could have stayed longer,

Lack of communication between hotel staff. I phoned the hotel 2 days prior to make arrangements for a early check in only because I needed to change for my daughter's graduation. I was told that a room would be waiting for me when I arrived. The front desk had no knowledge of such arrangement. The manager on duty took care of me but the young lady at the front desk was only concerned with charging me a early check in fee.
