Bare bones decorations, great deal/great price This place is extended stay, no frills = no pool, no breakfast, not even much of a lobby. BUT the rooms are spacious, kitchen appliances are there, bed was comfortable. Not sure about all the rooms, but ours had not one picture on the wall, made it feel somewhat barren, but that's not a deal breaker for a safe, economical, roomy place. Would stay again.

Hotel needs work The stay was ok, we were there for 3 days. When we arrived at 2:00 the room was not ready so we went to the nearby Walmart. When we got back at 3:30, it was still not clean and we were given a different room. When we got to the room the smoke detector was laying in pieces on the bed. The elevator sounded like it would stop working at any moment. The hotel is situated in front of a gentlemens club and there were beer bottles sitting all over outside one end of the building. OK for the price The rooms are nice and for the most part clean. Overall a little out dated. No dust ruffles on the bed allowed the box spring to be exposed which was a little odd. The pice was resonable, but the other tenants made my family a little uncomfortable.

Had a wonderful Stay and would return again We were very pleased with the service and support given to us during our stay. The front desk person was very helpful and went out of her way to give usprinted details to our next event in a prompt fashion. We will stay at the hotel, if we need to stay in the Rockford area, in the future. Again, thank you for everything!

much better than standard hotel styles just like your home apartment, very clean, huge sized suite, with not that cheap furnitures as in most 1,2,3 star hotels. With cooking utilities and dishware.

Obviously with my neighborhood rating I have no problems with this and a lot of people wouldn't but I think it's at least worth mentioning in a review that if your room is located on a certain side of the building your window would overlook the parking lot of an exotic dance club. It had no effect on our stay and it's not loud nor was anything non-"G" rated happening in the parking lot - just worth mentioning for people reading the reviews who would have major problems with this.

Rockford Fraternity Picnic Quite convenient to places to eat and and easy access to the Interstate. Thre is a full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave, if one wants to shop and cook or store and re-heat food; it is a real good deal.

Half way The room was clean, excellent location, the staff was very nice. Need to improvement on the bedding, bed is very out, dated outbalance. With new beds this hotel will rank very highly.
