Disappointed my. Front desk short staffed (1 person). Hard to make contact certain times of the day and night. Vent in bathroom very dusty along with floors.

The hotel room was clean just not in a good location

One night Check in service was bad. The lady claims she tried to contact me about my room which she didn’t. I ended up with a single Full size bed. For two guests. The room was nothing like the picture. At 7 I went to ask the front desk for something. And the person was gone for the evening. There were guest standing out front waiting to check in and were told there room was unavailable that they had book. Someone had left them a written note. Really poor service.

This is not a typical hotel and so the experience was not a hotel experience. It was very inexpensive, but it is mroe of a residence for people long term and the customer seemed to be interested in a low price for limited services. No lobby, no regular maid service, no conveniences. Very nice front desk staff.

GREAT HOTEL The hotel was great, especially for extended stay. The ONLY issue that I had, was the amount of time it took for an attendant to come to the front desk to check me in.. after 8pm. I waited over 20 minutes! Once she got there, she was very friendly, and explained to me the reason for the wait.

I virtually never leave a negative review, but... Got a cheaper hotel and regretted it. We requested a non-smoking room but got one with an ashtray and that smelled like smoke, including pillows. Room was basically clean besides this. At 2 AM a fight almost broke out in the hallway. Lots of yelling, and there's no one to call at the front desk at night.
