Everything was very satisfactory. Only reason for not giving 5 stars. Is road noise from a freeway?

We had a large clean room. Not fancy but in pretty good shape. The recliner tiltback mechanism was broke and there was no glass plate for the turn table in microwave. But for the money is was a good value.

Conveniently located close to highway and shopping. Very friendly staff. Good price too.

Just A Little Maintenance! Hotel needs maintenance on a lot of little things. The door to the room 217 had to be pulled toward you to get it open. The elevator sounds like it could grind to a halt at any moment. The water faucet in the tub was so tight (to keep it from dripping) that I couldnt hardly turn it on or off. There was no hair dryer available when I requested one (even though its advertised as such online). The card reader on the main lobby door was broken for after-hour entry, so I had to walk around the building ... read more

Decent room for a decent price The room I stayed in was appropriately priced for what I got. I saw no sign of insect issues and everything appeared to be clean. The bed was comfortable and we had no problems with noise from the hallway or from other rooms.
Fire alarm! Check in was quick and easy, unfortunately at 11:30pm the fire alarm went off causing myself and husband to jump up grab our things and rush to our car only to be told from a gentleman outside, oh this happened the other day some guy pulled the alarm…. What?!? Fire department came cleared the alarm and two guys went to jail. Unbelievable. So two hours later we were back trying to go to sleep. Which isn’t easy for me.
